Interesting to me..
...probably not to you are yet more advances in the diversity of my nutrition. Last night I went out for dinner with Charlie and the man who filled this gorilla suit a few years back...

We went here...

I opted for a Brioche roll filled with Lobster...

and i'm glad because I think all the body parts may have put me off. It was delicious and i'll definitely have it again. We went to Sharmadean's book launch at the W hotel afterwards. It's mad in there, they have a huge mirrorball...

Today I visited the architect John Soane's house. It's kept as it was the day he died and it was kept like no house you've ever visited. It's filled with antiquities from all over the world...

In amongst it are beautiful open old rooms also...

The room filled with paintings was my favourite. There are a couple of paintings by Hogarth in there. One thing which captured my imagination the most was this painting he had done, a suggestion for a gateway to London...

You could spend a good while in there looking at everything and probably should, it's free and local. Have a

Lunch Break Museum Outing
Maximised my hours break today by taking in this...

All types of things have been preserved for your viewing pleasure, they're crammed in everywhere...

This must make you want to visit...

You'll get to see this guy...

and many other curiosities. Here's another thing I spied the other day on my travels. I'd completely forgotten about selling some wheels to a guy who worked for Damien Hirst but quickly remembered when I walked out of the show at the Tate Modern into the gift shop and saw these on the two set ups for sale...

He hooked us up with some heavy product placement there. Thanks a lot

The times They are a Changing
If you told me a year, maybe even a month ago that i'd order these in Nando's...

I'd be appalled at the suggestion. Overnight it seems my palette has altered. Perhaps the one new food stuff tried per month rule implemented a little while back has re-wired my brain. Whilst eating tapas with Charlie, Paddy and Lec I asked to try an olive and the waiter dished me out a little bowl of them not just a single one. Maybe it was this Jedi mind trick that did it. Expecting my normal adverse reaction I was pleasantly surprised by the flavour and took down a bowl today. This is headline news in my world, the sky is the limit. Been working for the past nine days, eight days at the Peacock and did my first day at the Young Vic thanks to Ben the other day working on the fit up for this...

This Is Palace 1990
You will have probably seen photos of an imminent Palace x Umbro collab about to hit the shelves. If you haven't here's a teaser...

On Thursday we celebrated this meeting of minds at a shindig in Waterloo where the booze she kept on flowing. Accompanying this collaboration is a video which will shortly invade your home so stay tuned. Unfortunately that night later claimed a victim, our friend Matty had a fall and is getting repaired...

LIfe has moved pretty fast since then, managed to squeeze five shred shifts into the last Craig David which is good going. This Saturday I swapped Slam's four walls for these ones for a couple of weeks...

I'm working on this show...
