Sometimes a good quote can really stay with you if you let it. Thought of this one yesterday I was sent in a mail from my friend Travis and when I recall it at times it makes me stoked, sorry to get deep on a Monday morning and I'm sure you've probably even heard it before but if you haven't then enjoy it. This is pretty much transcribed from the end of the email

"Don't ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive. Then go and do that. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive"
