New footage
I'd rather see new footage that's popped up around town and beneath the radar than anything. We were all stoked to see this edit of Taylor today...

Good Luck/GreyScale
This got me more excited about going out skating than anything in a while...
It has a 360 shuv-it in it that I like too which is weird. Good luck to this guy on new ventures and parting ways with Blueprint...
Exciting times, they certainly are a changing, look forward to seeing what's around the corner...

It had been a while
Been away for a little while now, life moves pretty fast sometimes. This is going to be a quick catch up. Enjoyed this the other night apart from a grizzly Alien medical scene...
This means that the last two films I've seen have involved space, I'm looking forward to seeing this later in the week to mix it up, opposite end of the spectrum, New York underground...
I enjoyed this novel about the Pendle witch trials, the gunpowder plot sub-plot slotted in well to our current space in time..
Thanks to Stu Hammond for the hook up. The Daylight Gate has been replaced by this crime piece...
Days just passed have been soundtracked by this sonic masterpiece...
Ten tracks split over two discs, he's re-invented the wheel, sounds unbelievably good. My advice is pick this up today, clear your mind and fill it with this. Keep Friday night free...
Jackson made this excellent video of Dan and Ka's wedding a week just passed, it was an amazing day and a lot of fun...
Think that's us pretty much caught up and up to speed, see you on Friday.

Space Cowboys
Two new experiences gleaned from yesterday. Visited here for the first time...
You should go there it's in Brixton Village. My cheese burger with red leicester was next level. New experience number two was watching these guys in a Clint Eastwood directed Nasa film...
Finally I think you should buy this album...

Holmes and Watson
Next level entertainment back log recommended by Luigi. I used to walk around my Gran's house with one of my grandad's pipes and a deerstalker pretending to be Holmes. It's nice to see him operating in our London. Episode one followed a good roll around down by the river. Couldn't have enjoyed it more...

Jonah And Gino
Our friend Si Jones turned 40 yesterday. It was nice getting to celebrate it with him, here's an old flick from yester year...
Years ago when the mini ramp in Bromley was next to the church at the top of Churchill gardens and we were trying to get to grips with transition as little kids I saw Si for the first time. If memory serves me correctly Andy Dale was tearing around the ramp, I glanced over at someone skating the path way next to the flower beds. I saw Si ollie over three boards stacked up and then do a kick flip, the mini ramp looked less inviting and I spent a lot more time after that in the car park, 6 months later I too landed one with my feet together in the middle of the board and it was all thanks to that moment. Cheers Si! Keep on rolling!
This photo in a Big Brother interview made us all want to skate in Nikes...
As well as a Switch Pop shuv photo in a pair of black flights I couldn't find. You're probably well aware that he's doing it again but if you haven't seen this you're in for a treat...

Man Of The World
Just returned from an amazing stag do for Dan Callow. We tore around the streets of Barcelona, swam in the sea both during the day and at night, sank street beers and could generally be found outside not inside sweaty clubs, it was perfect. This song was in my head the whole time...
as was this one...
I guess the theme without thinking about it was appreciating getting to live life to the full. Maybe I just heard them on the trip and they stuck, either way they're on here now, I've freed up some head space and perhaps they'll be stuck in yours for a day or so.

Palace Pop Up
To coincide with new clothing and other product Palace skateboards are going to have a retail experiment in Stoke Newington. It's going to exist for a week, then it will be there no longer. That said you should make sure you visit it on one of those Seven days to see what they have lined up for you...

Catch
Steve's stag do on Sopley Lake was a really good time. We stayed here...
In one of these...
I caught one of these...
I raised it to show to Steve, then it fell off the hook into a bush. I could hear flapping so the next five minutes were spent hacking through a bush with Tommy to locate the missing Perch. When I found him he was still, I put him back in the Lake, held him in the water for a few seconds and he flapped and swam off. Then there was a shooting star and the Disney logo flashed up, felt like it anyhow. On the day we got there I fell out of a tree holding a gas lantern so all in all an eventful trip Here's to Steve tying the knot!.

Retirement
This is me coming out of it after a brief spell away from the keyboard...
I'm reading this...
Prior to that I read this...
and have been continually dipping into this old comfort...
This is where I'm at. Where I'm at next week who knows? There are a lot of exciting things on the horizon.

Dire. One of my favourite words in the English language, best shouted by Robert is...
Geese!

Game Changer
Every now and again you feel like you have it figured out, I do anyway. I've been feeling a bit like that recently. Places I like to go and skate, people I like to skate with, all winning combinations. Even having branched out with food combos recently I've felt like I had my go to options sewn up. That is until I heard about the existence of this...
Mornings just changed, I'd have expected a little more egg presence though.
